Drop by our Zoom room for short questions about written or spoken language. Our drop-in hours are on Mondays from 3 pm to 4 pm. You can find the link to our drop-in tutorials below. Need a longer meeting? You might want to make an appointment.
Come to a drop-in tutorial!
Are you having trouble getting started on a writing assignment? Or wondering whether you’re allowed to write “I” in an academic text? Would you like to talk about good ways to conclude an oral presentation? Or are you mostly just curious about The Language Workshop, and want to find out more?
The Language Workshop at Uppsala University (including Campus Gotland) can help you with questions like these – and many others as well! Our drop-in tutorials are a chance for you to ask your questions about academic language, both written and spoken. You are welcome to join us over Zoom, where one of our teachers will be waiting to talk to you.
So grab a cup of coffee, get your notebook, and log on to the meeting – we’ll see you there!
